Personal Training Consultation
Your Personal Training Journey begins with a Consultation. It takes about an hour and is our opportunity to talk about you, your goals and how we can work together to achieve them. Goals are personal to you. Maybe you want to manage your weight, get stronger, or make fitness a part of your life. You could be training for a fitness event such as a half marathon, tough mudder or triathlon. Whatever it is, our expert and highly experienced Personal Trainer can show you how.
We’ll take a few simple measurements and carry out some assessments. We do this to get a good understanding of your health and also to give a starting point from which we can measure progress.
After your consultation, we provide you with a full report, a personalised training plan and a comprehensive health, fitness and nutrition guide.

Personal Training sessions are where we put your plan into action. You’ll learn correct training approaches to achieve the results you want.
We’ll teach you how to train your cardiovascular system, utilising all three energy systems in an appropriate way. Training your cardiovascular system is the best way to improve the health of your heart, lungs and circulatory system.
You’ll learn how to lift safely and effectively. This can be using your bodyweight (calisthenics) or using weight lifting equipment. Having a Personal Trainer to guide you will help to prevent injury and ensure a scientific approach. That way you can be assured you achieve the results you want.
Resistance training is the best way to improve your muscular strength and endurance. It will improve the health and efficiency of your nervous system, bones and joints.
The studio effect
Our studio is the perfect place to train. Compact, yet fully equipped with everything for a full cardio and muscular strength and endurance workout. Most public gyms have a bewildering array of equipment, making selecting the right piece of equipment a daunting challenge in itself. You may also have to queue for it, and then exercise in someone else's sweat! In our studio, equipment is spotlessly clean and hygienic, there are no queues and your trainer is always on hand to help and guide you.
